Screen printing is one of the methods we use for printing your designs onto our shirts. Screen printing is the same basic process as using a stencil, except instead of coloring in the parts of a stencil bit by bit, the entire image is prepared and pressed onto the shirt at once. Creating the stencil takes a lot of time, but once it is done many shirts can be created quickly (quickly if it's a manual press, quicker if it's automated). Given these facts, we use screen printing for our larger orders (twelve or more shirts).
Our industrial embroidery machines will embroider your design or logo with up to 15 thread colors. All embroidery is done in-house so that we can control the quality of our work and our turnaround time. We take pride in offering some of the finest digitizing service and highest quality finished-product embroidery in the industry. We strive to help you achieve the best logo recognition possible to help you grow your business, promote your cause, make your own fashion statement or support your favorite team.
Vinyl is well suited for very small runs (which we would consider anything from 1 to 12 shirts), this is because the set up time is much quicker than that of screen printing. This doesn’t make it a faster overall method though, as every shirt still requires individual set up, which becomes too time consuming beyond the 12 shirt mark.
